Letter to the editor from Mark R. Swann, executive director of the Preble Street Resource Center in Portland, in response to an August 7, 1997, Casco Bay Weekly article on the charity care provided by Maine Medical Center and Mercy Hospital. Swann writes that Mercy Hospital built, supplies and supports a health clinic at PSRC.
