Abstract
Portland city manager Robert B. Ganley said city officials might impose a 50-cent surcharge on tickets to Portland Sea Dogs games at Hadlock Field. The surcharge would be imposed only when the team raised ticket prices, and the money would be used for maintenance at the 6,000-seat ballpark. The Sea Dogs haven't raised prices for tickets in the five seasons they have been at Hadlock.
