Abstract

Edward Haddad is president of Boulos Advisory Services, which is analyzing bids to create office space for the state Department of Human Services in Portland. Haddad was employed by the Codman Co. in Boston, the broker for one of the bids. He co-founded his advisory service with Joe Boulos, whose own Boulos Company is representing a landlord involved in another of the bids. Haddad ays that he has no financial stake in the Codman proposal, which he voted against, and that his firm is completely separate from the Boulos Company. Details.
