Abstract

"Congress Street Minutes" piece on Portland's Critical Mass, a local group of bicyclists that have been organizing controversial acts of civil disobedience because they believe automobile drivers do not allow bikers their fair share of the road. The next Critical Mass meets on Oct. 30 at the junction of Congress and the Eastern Prom.
