Abstract

"City" piece on a lawsuit filed against the Casco Bay Weekly (CBW) by former state representative Annette Hoglund claiming that the paper's coverage of both her and her business, Yankee Bingo, defamed her character and caused her emotional distress. Named in the suit are the paper's parent company, Maine Publishing Corp., CBW editor Laura Conaway, and reporter Al Diamon.
