Abstract

"City" piece on a Maine District Court consent decree fining Joe Soley $15,070 for electrical and housing code violations at properties he owns in Portland's Old Port. According to Portland attorney Charles Lane, on Feb. 23, inspectors found 21 violations at the properties. With references to other court dates Soley has coming up.
