Abstract
"Edge" piece on The Bastard Sons of the Infocolypse (BSI), a local art collective, and their "Full Frontal Exposure" program, which is a biweekly interactive evening of painting, poetry, music, dance and improvisational theater at Portland's Fine Arts Theatre. George Johnson, a BSI member since its inception in 1991, created the program as an independent study project to earn credits toward his art degree at the University of Southern Maine. Many of the program's participants are at-risk street kids whom Johnson hopes to inspire through art.
