Abstract

"So Noted" piece on proposals to change the May date for Portland municipal elections to either June, when primary elections are held, or November, when the state's general elections are held. Portland city councilor Jim Cloutier supports the May-to-June change. The author, Al Diamon, argues for the May-to-November change.
