"So Noted" piece highlighting some very successful Portland projects that were carefully planned, such as Hadlock Field, the Maine College of Art's move to the Porteous Building and Merrill Auditorium, and urging city officials to move just as slowly and carefully with the proposal to build a new sports arena in the Bayside area.
