Abstract

"City" piece on Harbor View Park, which is located on the Portland side of the Casco Bay Bridge. The park was supposed to be completed and turned over to the city in June, but grass and trees have failed to take root and the finish on concrete steps is flaking off. Tom Doe, a state engineer, said he hopes Cianbro Corp., the contractor on the project, will complete the work by Labor Day. The project was budgeted to cost $750,000.
