Abstract
"City" piece on two new, low-cost after-school-care programs that are being introduced by Portland Parks and Recreation this fall. Parks Director Dana Souza estimates the cost of establishing care at Presumscot Elementary and bussing Adams School students to an existing after-school program at Jack Elementary will be about $15,000.
