Abstract

"City" piece on the Boys and Girls Club, located across the street from Portland High School, where it's been since 1931, and the Teen Adventure Program run out of the Youth and Family Outreach office in Portland. The author suggests that the Portland City Council check these two programs out before they put $800,000 into creating a teen center.
