Abstract

"City" piece noting that Portland City Council's public safety committee is recommending that closing hour in the Old Port's Post Office Park and Tommy's Park be extended from 10 P.M. to 1 A.M. Police chief Michael Chitwood believes the extension is a good thing. The council is scheduled to consider the proposal at its April 24 meeting.
