Abstract

"City" piece on the University of Southern Maine's music department, which is hoping to add a new master's degree program by the 2002-03 academic year. If approved, the program would offer graduate degrees in music education, performance, conducting, composition and jazz studies, according to Ronald Cole, the department chair.
