Abstract

"City" piece on two committees in Portland that are studying the area and proceeding with plans to move the Scotia Prince, the seasonal ferry that travels to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, from the International Marine Terminal on the western end of the waterfront to the Bath Iron Works facility on the eastern end. The project would begin in 2002 and be completed a year later.
