Abstract
"Talk" piece in Q & A format with Pownal lobsterman Matt Chipman, who drove to Washington, D.C., last month to protest George W. Bush's inauguration as president of the United States. While in Washington, Chipman had a confrontation with the Secret Service, who briefly detained him and later visited him in Maine, asking if he had plans to assassinate the president.
