Abstract

"City" piece on Michael Crowley, formerly a part-time corrections officer with the Hancock County Sheriff's Department, who resigned rather than be interviewed in connection with a complaint filed with the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department concerning the driver of a police van who made a crude sexual advance to a 23-year-old Portland woman while she was walking in Portland on the night of April 5.
