Abstract

"City" piece on Rick Norton of Lyman, a former crewman on shrimp boats for 20 years, who set up a stand on the Maine State Pier to sell keychains made of lobster claws. Norton has been told he could be prosecuted if he continues selling his keychains on the waterfront because they are not original art works as defined by a Portland ordinance.
