Abstract

"City" piece on a protest by students at the Maine College of Art in Portland. About 50 students, frustrated by an administrative decision to close the school's Baxter and Porteous buildings late at night, occupied the Porteous building from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Sept. 7 in defiance of the decision. The protest ended without incident.
