"Edge" piece on Briggs Seekins, 30, of Portland, who co-hosts "Settling the Score," an hour-long call-in show airing live every other week on Portland Public Access Channel 2. Seekins uses the public station as a bully pulpit for radical political views and bathroom humor. A recent episode of the show began with a critique of the University of Southern Maine, where Seekins works as a part-time English instructor
