"Portland Prowler" piece denouncing in tongue-in-Cheek fashion the Eastland Hotel's Top of the East bar as "Portland's pocket of capitalist Fascism" because of its dress code for employees and its insistence on playing only music from satellite channel number 447 during normal business hours.
