Abstract

Editorial on the design of the new Portland-South Portland bridge. The new bridge doubles the distance from Mill Creek to Portland, and some observers believe that a pedestrian, bike and wheelchair-accesible ramp from the bridge to the Knightville peninsula would make it more pedestrian-friendly.
