Abstract
"City" piece on Diane Grumt, owner of the Hot Diggity Dog hot-dog stand, who has upset other hot-dog vendors in Portland's Old Port district by refusing to respect their unwritten rule: you don't take someone else's spot. With a brief recap of confrontations Grumt has had with several other vendors when she started doing business on their corner. Also with a list of five hot-dog vendors doing business in the city's Old Port district, including their location, menus and prices charged.
