Abstract

The Maine Department of Environmental Protection has hired Field Services Inc. to install an underground system at the end of Kendall Street in Portland. The system will trap oil which has been mixing with groundwater and leaking into Casco Bay for at least three years. The source of the oil cannot be determined.
