Abstract

The Bangor Daily News last week reported that developer Pamela Gleichman has settled Farmer's Home Administration charges that she misused funds and filed erroneous financial reports by agreeing to a three-year ban on receiving new FmHA loans. Gleichman also agreed to sell or transfer some FmHA projects underway, dismiss her appeal of rejections and drop sex discrimination complaints against the agency.
