Abstract

U.S. represenative James Longley Jr. on March 31 criticized the Sierra Club for running radio spots attacking his votes on health and anti-pollution measures. Longley didn't deny the claims made by the ads, but launched into a defense of private property rights and an attack on unnecessary federal regulation.
