Abstract

Details on the latest troubles between the federal government and Portland developer Pamela Gleichman, owner of Gleichman & Company Inc. The federal Rural Economic and Community Development Service claims Gleichman failed to comply with an August 1994 agreement to correct numerous problems with financial management and reporting.
