Abstract

The American Gas Association has asked Maine Attorney General Michael Carpenter to stop the Maine Oil Dealers Association from airing television advertisements which claim that oil is safer, cleaner and more efficient than natural gas. The natural gas dealers claim that the advertisements are misleading, while MODA says they are backed up by statistical analysis of Maine energy prices. Details.
