    Abstract

    "The Maine Viewpoint." Greenville Moosehead Messenger editorial. Recent sales of high-priced Greenville properties have unfairly effected the Maine Bureau of Taxes' town valuation. The rise in the value is caused by the fact that property adjacent or close to Moosehead Lake is becoming rare and expensive. Greenville's valuation increased by $8.65 million in a single year to reach an all-time record of $126.2 million.
