    Abstract

    "North by East" piece about Jim Haskell, Jr., the economic development director for Millinocket, and his idea for improving the town's employment picture by establishing a moose park that would encourage people to stop in town on their way to Baxter State Park and lead to the establishment of stores and oudoor-related businesses. The idea has gotten a $10,000 federal grant to help finance a $20,000 feasibility study.
