    Abstract

    "Inside Maine" piece on the Belfast Coop's homemade Cranberry Tiger ice cream, which quickly became a local phenomenon. Last year, Tenney Gavaza and Kathy Knight, both from the Belfast area, bought the business and started Sugar Plums. They have expanded sales and opened an ice cream parlor in Searsport.
