    Abstract

    Because winter isn't exactly the Maine construction season, Atlantic Builders installed a gigantic plastic bubble in which to rebuild Bar Harbor's Bluenose Inn. The costs are offset by the ability to work through the winter and the quality of work from carpenters who no longer need to warm their hands.
