Abstract

"I Remember" column on an elaborate treasure hunt on Lower Torrey's Island, near Brooklin, gone awry. Bradford Wilkinson planned the hunt for months, only to have his two young sons react with terror when the "buried treasure" was uncovered, and a "pirate" jumped out of the nearby grass.
