Abstract

"Inside Maine" piece on nature preserves in the Boothbay area that are managed by the Boothbay Region Land Trust, the largest of which is the Ovens Mouth Preserve. Others include the Linekin Preserve, the Porter Preserve, and the Kitzi Colby Wildlife Preserve. The land trust also sponsors programs such as cruises on the Balmy Days II on the waters of the Rachel Carson Coastal Greenway.
