Abstract

"North by East" piece on how the July 26-29 Democratic National Convention in Boston will affect traffic on Interstate 93 and Downeaster rail service from Portland to Boston's North Station. Because of terrorism concerns, North Station will be closed, and I-93 will shut down after 7:00 p.m. every evening.
