    Abstract

    "North by East" piece on this month's 21st annual Maine-Nebraska Friendship Series, a competition for high school wrestlers that is held alternately in Maine and Nebraska. The meets got their start in 1984, through a friendship struck up at a high-school athletic convention between an athletic official from Winslow and a wrestling coach from Lincoln, Nebraska.
