Abstract

"Inside Maine" piece on Morse's restaurant in Waldoboro, an unlikely location for Bavarian and European food. The town has a deep German heritage, which has helped sustain the business. Owners David Swetnam and Jacquelyn Sawyer have added a Bavarian pantry and started serving sit-down meals.
