Abstract

"Inside Maine" piece on two waterfalls in the Portland area that have been made accessible by the Portland Trails organization and the environmental engineers of the Maine Conservation Corps. The Starbird Lane Trail links the Capisic Brook Trail and Maine Audubon's Fore River Sanctuary, the home of Jewell Falls. The Presumpscot River Trail in Falmouth offers a view of Presumpscot Falls.
