Abstract
A home in Deer Isle evolved into something greater than the sum of its parts through a collaboration among the owner, South Brooksville architect Eric Chase, local builder Jeremy Stewart, and landscape architect Stephen Mohr, of Mohr & Seredin of Portland. The home includes a hidden doorway, a bedroom for the owner's elderly father, a double-sided fireplace, and a vaulted yoga room.
