Abstract

"North by East" piece on how the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife paid $4,000 to recall this year's snowmobile regulation handbook. The printer placed a label over an offensively written ad that promoted unsafe speed and that had been changed at the last minute from the approved version.
