Abstract

"Inside Maine" piece on Caiola's, a bistro in Portland's West End operated by chef Abby Harmon, formerly of Street & Co., and her partner Lisa Vaccaro. The two launched the restaurant instead of heading off on a cross-country tour when the prime location, formerly home to the West End Cafe, suddenly became available.
