Abstract

"Dining" piece on Valerie Jean's: An American Bistro, in Milo. The restaurant was opened last year by chef Melissa Ettinger, former chef at Clay Hill Farm in Ogunquit, and has quickly become a local favorite. With brief notes on Vignola of Portland, Bay Wrap in Augusta, and the Willow Bake Shoppe in Rockland.
