Abstract

"Inside Maine" dining piece on Anneke Jans in Kittery, the creation of Cape Neddick couple Andy Livingston and Donna Ryan. In the two years since the restaurant opened, many of its dishes have become enduringly popular. Charles Cicero is executive chef and Deb Chag is pastry chef. With brief descriptions of Tandoor Downeast restaurant in Bar Harbor and Pom's Thai Restaurant in South Portland.
