Abstract

"Inside Maine dining" piece on Suzuki's Sushi Bar in Rockland. Keiko Suzuki-Steinberger, 29, owns the restaurant with her husband Joe. She grew up in Japan, where she says sushi chefs have years of professional experience behind them. Although she is a latecomer to the culinary art and learned it on the fly, her attention to detail and quality draw many loyal customers to her restaurant.
