Abstract

"North by East" piece on how neighbors and businesses rallied to build a free, handicapped-accessible home for Kenny and Pierette Bouchard, whose daughters Noelle, 19, and Allison, 12, have an aggressive form of muscular dystrophy. Bill Morrell, vice president of Downeast Energy & Building Supply in Brunswick, where Kenny worked, set the project in motion.
