Abstract

"Inside Maine" dining piece on Five-O Shore Road in Ogunquit, owned by Donato Tramuto and Jeffrey Porter. Executive chef Zach Crosby likes to tweak old stand-bys with Asian, Italian, and Indian touches, and Tramuto and Porter believe in warm hospitality. With brief notes on The Restaurant at Cedar Crest in Camden, a popular local choice for pizza; and Five Fifty-Ate in Portland, whose chef/owner Steve Corry was recently honored by Food & Wine magazine.
