Abstract
A Florida couple bought a seaside lot in Cape Elizabeth's Delano Park neighborhood and hired Portland architect Rob Whitten and project architect Brian Stephens to design a house that references Shingle Style homes built there a century ago by John Calvin Stevens. The house has views of three lighthouses. Portland landscape architects Mohr & Seredin aided in the project
