Abstract
"Inside Maine" dining piece on El Camino Cantina in Brunswick, owned by twin sisters Eloise Humphrey and Daphne Comaskey, with Comaskey's husband, Paul Comaskey. The duo of accomplished chefs, in reaction to high-end cooking in New York and California, serve reasonably-priced, "Maine-Mex" food, made mostly from local ingredients. With brief notes on North Star Cafe in Portland and Robinhood Free Meetinghouse in Georgetown.
