Uncle Henry's Weekly Swap or Sell It Guide is packed full of tiny classified ads offering everything from wedding dresses to pickup trucks. In existence since 1969, the publication has a circulation of 42,000, says Justin Sutton, who runs the family-owned enterprise in Augusta.
