Abstract

“Making it in Maine” piece about Little Lad’s Bakery. Larry and Maria Fleming’s company is best known for its popcorn, but they also make a variety of vegan snacks and baked goods and run two café’s, one in New York City and one in Portland. The Flemings have just purchased a 60,000-square-foot plant in Guilford, a move which will give them 10 times more space.
